Upon completion of the order, we usually notify the customer by phone/e-mail unless specific delivery information was provided. We can ship or blind drop ship the products to your customer by FedEx or UPS when requested.

1. Does JJ Printing Inc. ship to PO Box addresses?

No. Our shipping service, FedEx, will not ship to PO Box addresses and therefore, we cannot ship to a PO Box.

2. Can JJ Printing drop ship a package to my customer?

Yes. We can drop ship a package to your customer. Simply make a note alone with your order. The order will now ship with your billing address to the shipping address chosen from your address book.

3. Does JJ Printing offer a pricing or weight guide for shipping?

We do not provide a pricing or weight list, but you may get helps on shipping pricing using the link below:

4. What type of shipping services does JJ Printing use?

We currently use FedEx to ship our packages.

5. Can I use my own shipping account?

Yes, just provide us your shipping account number. In some cases (UPS), the shipping account needs a matching zip code.

6. Does JJ Printing provide special boxing if requested?

Yes, we can split a job into multiple boxes. In some cases, extra charge may be apply.

7. Does JJ Printing provide shrink wrapping?

Yes, shrink wrapping is part of our packing service with options.

8. Why is my shippment going to the wrong locations?

Please make sure that the address is spelled, abbreviated and submitted with the correct suite, unit, street number, and zip code.
Any packages returned or re-routed in the event that the incorrect address is provided are subject to reshipment fees.
